The draw picture command makes it possible to draw a picture or a picture cutout into the graphic layer . The picture coordinates define the destination position where the picture or the cutout will be drawn. In quality of the cutout coordinates those cutout coordinates are regarded that are related to the picture's left lower corner. Without specifying the cutout parameters the whole picture is drawn as a default setting.
